Subject

These terms apply to the services listed on the home page (web and software with AI, documents, a custom workflow, IT consulting) and, for registered clients, the extended set (agents, automation, training, integrations), and to other registered activities when they are expressly contracted. The website is not a public offer with a fixed price list.

Contracting

A contract is formed when a written offer is accepted (e-mail is sufficient). The offer states the description, delivery deadline, price including tax, currency, payment method and what is excluded. Scope changes need an addendum or a new offer.

Price and tax

The price is the one in the accepted offer, in BAM or another currency stated there, with tax shown clearly. There are no fixed prices on the website because it is not a shop. There is no hidden “card handling” fee beyond what the bank charges and what is shown on its payment page before confirmation.

Delivery method and deadline

Services are digital or advisory. Delivery is handover of the agreed files, access, reports or a delivered training session, by e-mail or the agreed channel, within the offer deadline. If the offer states no deadline, delivery is within 30 days of the advance payment or of the date the client provides all required inputs — whichever is later. The deadline extends if the client is late with data or access without which the work cannot proceed.

Payment

Methods: bank transfer to the company account (IBAN on the invoice); in-person SoftPOS (Raiffeisen); Visa or Mastercard® via Raiffeisen e-pay or Pay by Link. The payment term is on the invoice. Cards are entered only on the bank’s page — see Payment security.

Accepting the written offer (e-mail) and then confirming payment on the bank page (displayed amount + 3-D Secure) means you accept the charge of that amount. There is no “click to buy” in a cart because there is no cart.

Liability

The client remains responsible for content they publish or send to third parties. AI drafts are not legal, tax or investment advice. The company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for that phase, except where the law requires otherwise.

Law and disputes

The law of Brčko District BiH / Bosnia and Herzegovina applies unless the parties agree otherwise. Consumer rights, where they apply, are not reduced by this text.
